EMS Drug Assist does not store, log, or share any data you submit. The app uses OpenAI’s API to analyze your medication lists in real time. When you enter or photograph a drug list, the information is securely sent to OpenAI for processing, and a response is returned instantly.

Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, or any other personally identifiable information (PII). EMS Drug Assist is designed for use with real drug lists, but all personal identifiers must be excluded to protect privacy.

Your submitted information is processed only as needed to generate a response. EMS Drug Assist does not keep a copy. However, OpenAI may temporarily process or store this data as described in their privacy policy, and may use it to improve their AI services. No information is ever associated with you personally.

EMS Drug Assist is not a HIPAA-compliant tool and is intended for informational and clinical support purposes only.
